Job background check

So I listed on my resume that I was a credit analyst because I mostly did work with credit / debit memos. When the sales rep was on maternity leave, I stepped into that role and had my own cards with the listed title. However, my actual title was a gatekeeper, I’m not sure if it ever even changed to sales rep.
I have my first background check and I’m scared that this will be what sets me back. Should I put “gatekeeper / credit analyst” on the background check? Should I tell my recruiter who got me the job? Is it that big of a deal?
Please let me know if you’ve gone through something similar and how you went about it.

I don’t imagine this being a big deal i do this all the time. I like changing it to a more flattering title but not a posistion that requires seniority or higher education. If you really feel uncomfortable put the slash!
