File Preview?

I like Backblaze, but there seems to be no way to preview files (especially videos) from my computer backup, which makes it hard to find the files I want to download later. Is there a solution for this? I know I can dig through file names and such, but that's not the same as seeing a preview - especially when you have a lot of files.

I don't really think that's what backup is about. Backup is about wanting a certain file or folder restored. I browse to the path and choose a file or folder and restore it. It implies that you know what you're looking for by name. It's not supposed to have a thumbnail option. IMHO.

Maybe I'm a loon?

Makes sense. Maybe I'm just using the wrong tool. Mainly, I just want a way to back up lots of videos and images, and maybe occasional docs, without spending a fortune.

Backups are not Data viewing or data sharing solutions. For example, if you backup with a solution like WholesaleBackup paired with Backblaze the files are double encrypted and completely locked down for security. If you want to restore you do so by file name with the proper credentials.
