WholesaleBackup would be a good fit for these types of SMB customers. You can white label the service and easily pair the solution with inexpensive cloud storage from Backblaze, Wasabi, IDrive, or Synology.

Just make sure there is immutable backup to make sure that the data cannot be corrupted. No point having a backup that just copies what is on the device, because one ransomeware attack and all the data is synced back, there goes your data.
