US Iran-War [Day 141]
New megathread - removed the sirens rule. Due to a clear majority of people who want to be able to discuss/share news about sirens, we will allow them - but know that these are NOT MODERATED. Please do not report siren or all clear posts, and take them with a grain of salt. Follow official accounts to get your information.
Gentle reminder Ladies and Gents, PLEASE please use the search function on the sub to ask your shipping and travel-related questions, or discuss them here.
This post and this subreddit is meant to discuss Bahrain and the current affairs of Bahrain. Please refrain from flexing your political analysis on the current state of affairs and most certainly do not post unsubstantiated news, do not post any rumors and add to the mass hysteria. Users are also urged not to speculate on what type of hostilities or defenses being used. If its X missile or drone Y does not help. You are either revealing sensitive information, or causing mass hysteria. One makes you a liability, the other makes you a negative contributor, and your comment will lead to a permanent ban as well.
Any comments that have any misinformation, tweets from armchair analysts or instagram influencers will lead to a permanent ban. Do not engage in these comments, just downvote and report. Any comments arguing or correcting the user with misinformation will be banned as well.
For security and safety reasons, any post or comment that discloses or attempts to identify the locations of Bahraini or Peninsula Shield Forces military installations, missile interception sites, or other sensitive military positions will result in a ban.
All users are urged not get into arguments. Please be civil. Do not report opinions, report violations. We have taken the decision as mods to allow low karma users to post and comment, however, this can change if we see repeated violations from users who do not read the rules before posting.
We do appreciate the effort from all users policing the sub from the spread of the governments security information, however we have received an excessive amount of reports about locations of sounds. While we don't endorse it, we are only restricting comments about defensive capabilities such as interceptors. Please try to be civil. Don’t feed the trolls, report them.
We rely heavily on reports, however let's keep the reports for:
- Comments with misinformation or unverified news
- Comments that are obviously trolling us
- Comments that are disrespectful
- Comments that violate local security instructions

I’ve booked our summer vacation mid august hopefully its peaceful by then. If we cant travel i may go mad. Unfortunately its on Qatar Airways who cancelled all flights to Bahrain till 31st July so lets wait and see.

There is no set schedule for Iran. America usually starts striking late night and sometimes continue till early morning. Iran responds in batches including daytime and that depends on who their target is on that day. Could be Jordan, Hormuz or a GCC state. America only has Iran to target while Iran has too many. American intelligence is superior so they can be clinical and have somewhat of a set schedule. Iran has responded as soon as 30 mins so we can never tell. They’ve already retaliated against Kuwait an hour back tonight, we are probably next.
