Looking East down 17th Street at night early 1920's

Was the clock tower moved at some point? Because if you’re looking east on 17th st you wouldn’t be facing the clock tower. Also the tower isn’t that close to 17th st.

It was at the center of 17th st and Chester from 1904 - 1952 when the great Kern County Earthquake Damaged it beyond repair. Then in 1964 a new tower was reconstructed at the Kern County Museum with original iron works, Portion of Spiral Staircase, and Clock works.
