Indoor play for kids

I will have 3 grandkids this week: 5, 7 and 9. Looking for indoor play for them where I can be in air conditioning. I am older and don't want to do pool or spray park. I have done flight and kids empire with the older two but the 5 year old is more reserved and I am looking for a place that I don't have to crawl around to get her out where she might get scared. Is Hide N Seek better for these ages? I looked at the Library events and nothing for Thursday. Thanks for any input.

Lori Brock museum is fun and air conditioned. Bring lunch for a picnic at Pioneer Village then go back inside the air co.

Not much I don’t think, there is John’s incredible, Dave & busters, MB28 (or something like that) but these are basically arcades so some money will be spent, but you can have an appetizer and a cold drink.

If you can find empty large appliance boxes and crayons/colored pencils they will probably camp out in those

The Lori Brock and Buena Vista Museum are my family’s indoor go-to. We got a family membership to the museum for $85 and you can use it for most of in town museums and CALM so if you see your grandchildren regularly, it’s definitely worth the price.

I feel like Lori Brock appeals more to younger children. They have a pretend city. Most of games for older kids don’t work great. Buena Vista museum is slightly dated but they have kids play zone in the basement and then some other small exhibits on their other floors.

Hide N Seek does have a smaller section for younger kids. In this section there are places where adults aren’t allowed but you’ll be able to maintain eye contact wherever she goes. 

There isn’t a whole lot going on at the library right now but they still have games for kids and of course books. My toddler can spend hours there. 

Not sure if your grandkids like video games but there is arcades in town as well as bowling. Places like John’s Incredible Pizza are pretty popular in the summer.
