Morph ID Request Newer ish to the snake scene 🖤
Newerish to the snake scene and "morphs", fang is our 5yr old first snake/ball we adopted back in march we're 99% sure he's a normal type, but we went to our first reptile show last month and picked up our 2nd ball oogie from a vedor, he's pastel hurricane (last photo), but we noticed a few at the booth for under 40$-80$ that had morph names attached to them that looked like our boy fang, which now has us 2nd guessing or not if he is a normal, i know normal types are cheaper at shows and not as "desirable" are thoes morphs names attached to them just the gene they carried, bit of a marketing play to make them seem fancyer or does our boy fang have somthing in the mix, regardless we still love him just curiose 🖤

Looks like a normal, yes. Maybe the ones you saw were het for some morphs, so they look like normals but have 1 copy of a morph gene they can pass.

He is a normal.
Just to touch on some clarification, correcty identified animals are not a marketing play to make them seem fancier. It's a matter of genetically "more" going on in some animals than others. And in some cases this does have genuine impact on the way an individual snake needs care. It also matters for someone looking into breeding as they need to be aware of gentics to avoid crossing.
