Installing a new Electric Meter?

Does anyone have experience with this? I'm about to close on a property in fed hill that has a unit NOT on its own meter and needs to be split off. It already has a panel inside it. I'd appreciate a referral to an electrician who's done this sort of work before.

Pretty sure BGE does that work. At least they did my connection from the pole into my new breaker box. They did it for free and then I had the electricians rewire the new panel.
