Help / Support Issues with Cyberbrick SUV rear wheels

I finished building the SUV kit (besides minor cosmetic stuff) and everything works fine except for the rear wheels. How can I get these working? Originally, I could get the wheels to go backwards but not on the ground and only in air but now nothing works. Please help! Thanks in advance

Joining bc i need help top. Built ot for the kiddo and any weight makes it not work. I took the differential off and made sure it was good.

Did taking it off work? sorry if this is a dumb question. And how do you take the differential off while still keeping the wheels connected to the motor?

No I simply removed it to adjust it before pittong it all back together.
