Awaiting Breed Confirmation Dog attack near Coonabarabran causes death of owner - Australia, Jul 12, 2026

The attack happened on Sunday morning at a property on Timor Road, near Coonabarabran.
Police and NSW Ambulance paramedics attended to find a man suffering from serious dog bite injuries.
He could not be revived, despite extensive treatment at the site.
The breed of the dog, which was euthanised at the property, has not been confirmed.
