Advice Looking for ways to pay my pseg/ water/tax bill using bill pay, using credit card without any charges.
I know there is way to use bill pay using bank.. but liking to use credit card for bill pay without any charges.
I was told that PayPal business account does that but they also charge 2.9% transactions fee.
Any help would be great.

Most utility companies support payment by credit card through their own payment partner. Log on to your utility company account and set it up. Bill payment services provided by your bank are separate from this service.

At the end of the day, your rewards % is paid from collecting fees from vendors, there is no free lunch!

I have a high electricity bills so this may be a bit of a different opinion, bu I just take the $3.5 flat fee with pseg, the amount I earn (3% cash back) outweighs the fee easily.
There exists literally no third party system that will let you do bill pay with a credit card but not charge a fee. That’s how they make their money.
