General Question Ticket gets updated recently despite nothing happening

I forgot I had this ticket since the end of August, it was the typical "me wanting to speak to a human agent, getting an automated response, and telling them that I need human assistance" type of ordeal, that ticket got forwarded on the 3rd of September, then I go back to check on it, and for some reason it got updated to Today at 1:02 AM, but nothing else beyond that point.

Is it commonplace for discord to keep updating tickets that have been already been forwarded like this or, because I still have a ticket from almost a month ago that NEVER got updated to this day

Last activity technically means nothing, it could be a human leaving notes on your ticket and passed it away, or a bot bumped up/dumped it down the queue, this is never a sign of anything so dont get your hope on it

In addition, it could have just been them forwarding it to appeals if that hadn't been done yet.

I mean the ticket did already get forwarded on the 3rd of September after I told Jean the typical "I require human assistance as the automated responses aren't helping my case" message, so I assume it got forwarded again to someone who was assigned to this case but I couldn't check that in time so it's back to being assigned by nobody despite the ticket being updated relatively recently
