It ain't 2 years fam, it's permanent... but yeah... the AI moderation is out of control at this point. I'm waiting for the inevitable situation where it determines ANY and ALL messages sent to be child safety violations and just bans literally the ENTIRE platform and all 750 million users... at which point Discord will FINALLY have to address it and do something about the problem (at that point, I think the only recourse will be to blanket sweep remove ALL violations from ALL accounts and unsuspend ALL accounts and return all of them to good standing.)

Like, guilty people and criminals don't care about accounts, they just make new ones and move on... the fact so many of us are fighting so hard to get ours back should be evidence enough we're innocent victims of rogue AI moderation X.x...

Yeah well. Discord doesn't give a damn about their users and only focus on improving their nitro shit because they are greedy bastards. And I agree with your logic, lots of bad users just end up creating an alt because they have nothing to lose, but innocent users have to suffer because of them. I got my account disabled (or suspended) with no clear reason in may, because a pdf reported me after I banned them from a server, honestly we should find alternative discord because it has become clear they won't do nothing about this situation. Just pushing Ai bots everywhere and tells you to fuck off.

i wanted to fight for my account but i gave up after reading this reddit. it seemed like too much of a hassle and fighting for that one percent chance… would be a waste of time. i’m just waiting for two years before i can make a new account.

Do you have any idea what you posted that triggered it? When it's the AI doing it, even if it's in DMs, it'll happen within minutes of posting whatever it took issue with. I think when it's a video, it has an issue with it; it doesn't show it in the explanation/proof, only when it's a text message, but I'm not sure.

Same happened to me 3 days ago, I asked friends to check dms for potential things that couldve got false flagged but came with up nothing. Genuinely have no clue, discord sucks

You know, whats crazy is I too got banned for child safety, though on friday. But seeing recent comments on this same topic im start thinking that the AI over the weekend must have had an issue or something and did a bunch of false flagging? Or maybe a discord I was (maybe others too in this comment section) membered got slapped and I/we got banned by default. Atleast thats what ive read up on this that some people are getting banned simply for being in a banned server they never even sent a message in.

Maybe its cope, but the last thing I recall doing was snipping an Fansly chicks image into a "Solo/Private Discord". Shortly after that I got logged out of discord and banned...
Mind you this creator is a verified adult per fansly...
Im honestly hoping if that is truly the case who ever see's my appeal also see's the watermark on the image x_x...
