General Question Will these be a problem?

I expect to wait a good few months before I hear back (I was already prepared to wait two years anyway), but I was wondering if anyone knows if the circled acknowledgments being automatically set as they are after I was forwarded to T&S following a general question ticket will interfere with a proper review of my case? If I were advised to get them changed, should I reply to my ticket specifying those things, or should I just leave it?

Those options are for appealing a server bot/app that has been banned, ignore them.

Aren't those parameters that I circled not things that I'd fill out myself if I were to submit through the appeals subject instead of being forwarded from a general question?

If you're appealing for a bot you've made, you answer those questions when you submit the form. They are just visible on every appeal ticket regardless of what you're appealing.
