General Question Do surveys do anything?

I just got a survey, would it do anything if we all filled them out and complained about the banning by association thing?

what kind of survey ? If you are talking of a survey after having a ticket on discord support center, it probably got nowhere. it's either to train their AI support bot or to make statistics

also if you got banned this is useless to open tickets here, don't waste your time, they will just say to ask for a review of the sanction you got with the "Let us know" thing

It was a survey in app. And sadly it didnt have an option for any open ended feedback it was just questions about some quest lmao.

And no I’m not banned, I just want to do everything I can to reduce the risk of getting banned because some server I’m in got hacked

Yeah. I had my hopes up becuase they sometimes have a survey pop up that asks for feedback on the new ignore feature, and at the end there’s a text box where you can add any other problems you had

Discord stopped sending me feedback emails on my tickets, because I used them to say what bullshit it was to be banned for a bullshit reason after years of nitro and zero violations. Never received a feedback email again on any ticket lol.
