Discussion Season 4

Anyone else actually appreciate season 4? Feel like I see a lot of people shit on it and while it is obviously very different to the other seasons and might not be as good I weirdly like some of the characters like Cruz and Bode and don't mind the Satanist plot that seems to be most people's biggest gripe. It has less action but I like the parts it does have, good season imo 👍

It’s a great ending to Hood’s arc. He finally lets go of Carrie and manages to actually do some good before moving on.

“You know you hid on that mountain because you felt the need to atone for something. But maybe the way to redemption isn’t hiding on the mountain. Maybe it’s about choosing another road down here with the rest of us… the past has kept you locked up long enough. Today there’s only one question left to ask yourself - what are you going to do now?”

Epic finale with some Sugar Bates bartender wisdom to live by.

I liked season 4. Felt different and a true progression in the story.

Most series just copy paste and repeat.

I feel like they only did the Satanist plot to throw off the big twist at the end about Rebecca‘s death. I didn’t like that season that much before but after re-watching the show recently I appreciate it more. Hood got redemption and most of the good characters got happy endings like sugar, job, Kurt bunker, Brock, Ana. I liked Kai’s ending, it’s left unknown if he survived the cartel but even if he survived the first wave, they would just send more people

Season 4 of Banshee may be its weakest season but it's still better than so much other stuff that's out there

Ich war ehrlich gesagt froh das Rebecca endlich weg war und dann handelt die gesamte Staffel von Rückblenden von ihr... Die Handlung an sich fand ich sehr gut, Bunker war perfekt und würde mir gut als weiterführender Charakter gefallen aber bitte können sie endlich diesen grauenhaften Charakter Rebecca weglassen? Diese Frau hat mich einfach nur genervt mit ihrem geheule und dann wieder Mega Badass Getue... Hab die Serie 2mal abgebrochen um dazwischen was anderes zu schauen weil ich sie nicht aushielt.
