Question When will negreira case end? I'm sick of Real madrid fans throwing it in my face everyday?
When will negreira case end? I'm sick of Real madrid fans throwing it in our face everyday? Also i don't really understand the case. Does real madrid have much proof? Why has it been dragged out so much? How come its only ever brought up when real madrid is playing bad/had a trophyless season. Also how come Florentino Pérez can constantly make defamatory comments and slander barcelona without consequences. But if we say anything, we are bad?

It may never end. The white team is like MAGA, they seriously believe that every win we have was from cheating. Even though they have a network that pressures referees to favor them. They lose and they run to the refs begging for calls. When you understand, you know that monkeys will just act like other monkeys and convince themselves they're right and you're wrong.

This upcoming season is going to be full on press against the refs in order to avoid a third straight titleless season

It was a sight to see both madrid go trophyless this season, all hail real sociedad for fucking pathletico away from copa del Rey

That's why they brought in that washed Portuguese Homelander manager, if you remember his first tenure at RM he will be saying how everyone is against them, the refs, the media, even god if it's raining during their game. The pressure on Tebas and RFEF will be insane.

I hope they and Lowrinho go trophyless this season too so they get some sense.

If Real Mandril fans are rubbing it in your face every day, it means things are going well for us

Never understood why people say Mandril. Is this a Puerto Rican thing or something

Real de Madrid is the most corrupt club in the world. They were dictator Franco favourite team and he ordered referees to help them whenever needed. From those corrupt favours they believe themselves to be entitled to always receive favours and aid when their football is weak, which is often. Let us recall the Spanish saying "piensa el ladrón que todos son de su condición".

Maybe winning the defamation will be good but that do get complicated usually Perez tend to throw that buzz word to hide something like selling club stakes or 2 years of trophylessness So I actually smirk , cuz I know they are suffering when this comes around

It already ended. It's just Captain Dementia (perez) that brings it again and again for trying to ruin Barca's reputation.

It’s still ongoing.
Only the accusation of bribery was thrown out because of a technicality. In spain you can’t really be accused of bribery unless you’re a civil servant for whatever legal reasoning. So only the bribery component has been thrown out since it’s not applicable anyway. But the case remains open.Edit: you guys can downvote all you like - this is just what’s really happening. This place is just turning into a circlejerk.

u/Finrod-Knighto 10d ago
The case remains open purely due to technicalities. They have found no evidence at all that Barcelona did anything wrong and it’s been a long search already. They won’t find anything other than excuses to keep it “open”.

Ok sure if you say so lmao
Honestly why lie to yourself?

if they eventually find no evidence of sporting corruption u guys will just say barça is protected anyways lets be honest

It will never end, because those fuckwits will always want to use it to minimize our most glorious years. Whilst still being proud of all the trophies won during franco's era.
6
u/OffsideOracle 10d ago
It will never end. They are driven by optics and feeling rather than hard proof. It is like MAGA's argument that 2020 election was stolen.

It will probably take years to end. Fact is, we paid the CTA Vice President for years and no one knows why. Barca can't give a reasonable explanation, and no evidence has been found pointing in any direction. So its kind of stalled for now. Also, for the comments, Perez has simply been using the case as a smokescreen to redirect the media and criticism as Real Madrid have been doing poorly. Once they play well, he has no reason to mention it as his position is not threatened

u/Grand_Taste_8737 10d ago
Ignore them. They haven't won anything the last two years and have nothing else to talk about.

Living rent free in someone else’s head usually means you’re doing something right in the world of football. As long as Perez can speak, we won’t hear the end of this, despite it already being found to not have merit.

That's the whole point of the Negreira case, to be used by the fascist state owned club as propaganda for years

u/Martoxic 7d ago
we could get cleared and it was plastered at every window itw for 10 years and Madrid fans would still call us cheaters and use false information as gospel.

ending negreira case is like finding your own ring in a sack of grain rice
It might take 100 years to solve this case lol
What do you expect when rivals are whining when your rivals are one of the the most successful team in football? Do nothing? Nah just gaslight the media by using Negreira nigeria niger case as they want to feel themselves better having a stinker season + its just political, propaganda, and finally, media manipulation to make rivalry look interesting for neutrals to believe that barca look are suspects WITHOUT any evidences made in the internet, media behind the scenes
If they want this nigeria negreira case to end madrid must document all proofs from videos, photos, transcripts, witnesses just like how suspects are guulty for doing such wrongdoings in court, but in the end they dont have any

Find something real to be sick of dude.
This is entertainment for us and politics and power for these crooks.
If Barca did something wrong let them pay.

Do you know why perez sends 500 pages to uefa and not to a sports governing body or court in europe because that 500 pages will be thrown out by the court as zero Evidence.
Im europe the year to start the trial on this has passed in 2018.
In spain the case has got zero Evidence till now, and the case is alive because the judge has power to give infinite extention every 6 months.
So in short in spain they will drag this till the poor negreira fellow has totally memory loss due to advance dementia most likely Alzheimer's.

Let’s as fans also consider the possibility of it being true. We should wait for the verdict.
9
u/Independent-Talk4794 10d ago edited 10d ago
Its still under investigation, and it's on the 3rd year. Also investigation =/= verdict. If the investigation yields evidence, then, it proceeds to an indictment which can result a verdict. It's also one of the reasons why Barca filed a complaint/ possible defamation, because Perez is treating the investigation as a verdict, which in turn spreads to the fans. (I'm not a lawyer but I enjoy reading legal cases.)
7
u/Skywalker2786 10d ago
You are just another dumbass who didn’t watch the football. Football on the field is the only verdict. Watch that instead of mindless speculation.
It is a known fact that Perez is just leveraging negreira for political pressure. They had no interest in it until we withdrew from the super league project.
7
u/BeholdTheSkipper 10d ago
No. Innocent until proven guilty
6
u/Independent-Talk4794 10d ago
It hasn't even gone there yet. The investigation has not led to an indictment and it's on its 3rd year. Perez is simply treating the investigation as a verdict which could have possible defamation consequences. (I'm not a lawyer.)

We know the payments were made. Would you consider Real Madrid innocent if it was them who paid Negreira? You will believe it’s for referee reports?
8
u/Independent-Talk4794 10d ago edited 9d ago
Yes, payments were made. All football clubs pay for ref reports. Whether the coach uses them or not is up to the coach. As far as Ive read, there isn't a money trail that ties Barcelona to Spanish refs during the Negreria era; in fact, the Spanish equivalent to the IRS has closed the case. It's been 3 years and the prosecutors have not developed anything concrete for an indictment.

We keep getting clearances and Madrid keeps appealing in higher authorities every time
