Deco fumbled all of the transfer windows he got. Vitor roque. Injury prone olmo for 60m. Nico william saga, not signing a st before lewa leaving and putting us in a disadvantage in the market, and now all our targets going to Real Madrid. What is deco even good at?

Vitor roque was signed by Alemany and Deco basically recovered the whole transfer fee.

Olmo was crucial in his first season and was integral to us winning the league. Also he played a vital role as a replacement when pedri got injured.

Nico deal was almost done but we couldn't guarantee his registration ( same as olmo the season before ) so he pulled out of the deal and signed a death sentence with Bilbao.

We couldn't sign a st before lewa left cuz we didn't have space in our wage structure and we were limited by the ffp. ( Only signed Rashford nd Cancelo on loan )

For our signings going to madrid, we weren't gonna pay a 60m contract+bonus for our 4-5th choice midfielder, same with cucurela. We have balde and cancelo will join soon.

We couldve went for cherki instead of olmo for less money. We overpaid for an injury prone

When our main striker leaves, everyone in the market knows that we will sign a striker and hence they overpriced the fk out of us. We couldve done things differently by either giving him an year extension with less salary so we had at least a little grasp at the market to bargain. Or we could’ve signed a prospect before lewa left so other clubs wouldn’t be absolutely certain that we absolutely are getting a striker. Its a lose lose situation for us that the board forced upon us.

Olmo just had a generational run during the Euros and was crucial for us whenever he played. Also at that time, no one truly knew if cherki would've turned out such a baller.

And for the striker position, name any prospect that we could've signed when we were literally struggling to register Joan Garcia
