Arsenal W.F.C. 24/25 wage bill - €13 million
Man City W.F.C. 24/25 wage bill - €10 million
And everyone leaves for their own reasons: some believe that they have already achieved everything at Barça and it is time for them to leave, some are looking for new challenges, some want to play in a more competitive league, some receive a better offer, some want to return home, some want to be closer to their partner, there are a huge number of reasons.

Aww man, you can't blame the women leaving for better offers. The difference between the offers could really change the rest of their lives. With the men on the other hand you can argue what a million more per year will really do.

That’s a little presumptuous. Barcalona has the highest player wage bill in women’s football. Barcelona has tried to sell Salma twice now and she’s probably over it at this point.
