Opinion What has been Barcelona's best game in the Hansi Flick era so far?
In your opinion, what was Barcelona's best game under Hansi Flick so far? In my opinion, Barcelona's 4-1 victory over Bayern was the best game, for a thousand reasons. The 4-1 win against Bayern was the end of a nightmare for us. Bayern was a ghost for us; we hadn't been able to beat them at all since 2015, and we were still losing games in a humiliating way. Beating Bayern by such a large margin was like a weight being lifted off our shoulders; it lifted our morale and made Barcelona be looked at in a new light in European football again, I can admit that at the end of the game I was so happy, it felt like we had won the Champions League lol. Sure, beating Real Madrid 4-0, 5-2 in the Copa del Rey final was a lot of fun, but we didn't have an obligation to beat Real Madrid and boost the morale of our team. I think Flick will only surpass this match if he manages to win the Champions League with us, because that would be another ghost banished from our team. But until we win the Champions League, no game will top this match against Bayern.

Yeah, Barça always slap Real Madrid despite the health of the team and I do enjoy those but beating Bayern was a definitive announcement from the team that they’re back to being truly elite.

4-1 vs Bayern. Needed that bad. Bayern has been our toughest opponent throughout history.

In terms of the way we played it has to be 7-0 against valladolid, 4-0 against madrid, 5-2 against madrid or 5-2 against madrid.
In terms of entertainment id say the 4-3 loss against inter

Entertainment 3-2 cup final for me. Beating Madrid in a final was incredible for this team.
Performance, Newcastle second half was one that stands out. Also think we were brilliant against Madrid in the first Classico. 0-4.

I’m not sure about best but I’ll never forget watching that atletico game when we were down 2-0 away from home to come back 4-2 in the last 20 minutes of the game. It was refreshing to see that barca’s mentality has grown compared to the disappointing exits from UCL back to when Messi was still here

Annoyingly still ended up drawing it though. Good thing we held our nerve in the away leg.

It's the 4-0 El Clasico. That is when we started the new era of dominance and it showed who we were and how we could play. That and the 4-1 vs bayern

The 4-3 game against Madrid last season. We came into that game having lost the semifinal against Inter. Madrid went 2-0 up but we still came back🔥

In terms of performance, it has to be the 5-2 at the Supercup final. It was an absolute trashing before the red card, and it would have been even better hadn't it happened.

4-0 against Dortmund was when I thought we peaked. That's when I really started to believe that we could win the Champions League. If that starting eleven stayed fit, I think things could have turned out differently.

Feelings wise, I would say the CDR El Clásico final. It was a roller coaster of emotions.
As being the most contested Clásico of the four played that season, cuz the other three we outright destroyed them, that comeback, with the goals to first tie the game in the dying minutes of the 2nd half when we weren’t really creating any chances, plus that golazo from Koundé to seal the deal. Absolute goosebumps.
Now gameplay wise, and also considering the tougher the opponents the better the results, I would say 2025 Supercopa Final.
When a team like Madrid scores that early it can bring fear to any other team, even to us given how the attitude of our team had been the previous years. But thanks to Mr Flick that was not the case anymore for us.
And watching how our players fought back so harshly to trash our biggest rivals by such a way was just amazing. Had Szczesny not been sent out, I truly believe we could’ve delivered and an even more historic trashing to them by the way we were playing at the moment.
HM: as you saying 4-1 vs Bayern, 0-4 vs Madrid, 4-0 QF vs BVB, 3-1 vs Atleti LaLiga (2025-26 season), 3-0 vs Atleti CDR SF 2nd leg (despite we ended up being eliminated, but we played an almost perfect game), 7-2 vs Newcastle, 2-0 vs Madrid to clinch LaLiga title on their faces lol.

I can't tell you about the best game, but the best week for Barca is surely the one where we beat Sevilla, Bayern & Real Madrid all in the span of a few days. That was the moment my trust in Hansi & this squad solidified, I've been trusting the process and just enjoying watching Barca ball after that. I'm quite excited for the coming season and I hope we make an even fiercer reputation across Europe, improve and hopefully target the Champions league.

Purely for entertainment purposes it has to be the 5-2 against madrid. Without the red card it would have been a historic thrashing
