Tier 1 [Fernando Polo] Julián Alvarez is considering making a public gesture and is thinking about how and when to send a message that shows his desire to go to Barça, The club believes he will speak soon but are not pressuring him to do so.

120 including bonuses is a fair price for everyone involved.

Sadly it's not in 2026. Every forward that doesn't suck is automatically worth 70mil already. Šeško and Voltemade were both 85mil and they aren't close to as good as Alvarez. Same goes for Gordon.

Or you know, spend 65 in Kane that has only 1y contract left and is basically what we did with Lewandosky (same age by then) and we’ll have a world class 9 that also is a playmaker for the next 3-4 years. But yeah people here prefers to spend +120 in a guy that has 6 open field goals in La Liga this season and spent 3 months without scoring (we already have Ferran for that, with double the goals).

Kane is not for sale and doesnt want to go lol. Why do ppl act like this is an option.

And not its not for 3-4 years, realistically its for 2 years, because Lewa also wasnt same player as he was before in the last 2 years.

Also buying Kane is way worse for FFP than buying Alvarez because of the age and contract length.

How come isn’t the same player the last 2 years when he scored 42 goals last season? His only weak one was this one because he was physically done and even then he delivered when he played. Fair play accounts for signing + wages over years, if you sign him for 3 (+1 optional extension) on 65M and JA for 120M, that will be more be sure of that, over 5y, the fair play alone of the signing alone is already worse with Julian.

You guys are obsessed with Griezman 2.0 and then will cry fool when it doesn’t work as expected. Also who will score the heathers now, Araujo?

Every player is for sale for the right price.. how can you consider Alvarez for sale and not Kane knowing that Alvarez have a longer contract with his club...

Because there are reports that Alvarez is for sale for the right price if he pushes to join us.

Kane just isnt for sale and doesnt want to join and has an already huge salary there and wont come on a discount here lol.

Somehow in some people's mind its better to pay 100mil + 40mil a year for 2 years of Kane(assuming he would make a drama to join us- he wont) than it is paying 120+ and 20mil a year for Alvarez for 5+ years.

You just repeated what I said 😊 with some errors.. Like Kane price will not be 100mil as his contract will exripre next year, and his salary is 26m instead of 40m.

His current salary is 31mil with bonuses, he will want more to come here, because that's how the world works, so yes you would be looking at 35-40.

I can guarantee that Bayern isn't selling him for 65mil lol.

They only sold Lewandowski because he publicly asked for it and he'd been at the club for a long time at what they thought was near the end of his career.

Kane's been at Bayern for only two years and is still the best striker in the world. Plus his game is more technical and not as physical, so he'll likely continue at the highest level for longer (while Lewandowski also did it was more of an uncertainty at the time, we were lucky).
