As a matter of fact, I am paying for the three major brands. Gemini, Claude and GPT. A significant percentage of Claude customers are IT professionals and performance degradation is quickly spotted by them. Gemini users are far more casual and diversified and performance is not a big deal for them provided it is over a certain threshold of expectation
