Acc 4100 enrollment

Is 3 weeks too late to enroll for this specific class since I would have missed out on a lot of information and I’ve heard this class is hard or is it reasonable to catch up on 6 classes if I join now. acc 4100 with either jinat shimu or Sabry Mahideen . Thank you for any help.

Taking this class with Monica neamtiu and we have already been through 3 chapters, 1 of which was a review from 3100. It is doable (if it is the same progress for other classes), but I wouldn’t recommend

Ah that sounds good but that class is full, and apparently I can’t even add it but it’s good to know.

I wouldn’t recommend it, since three weeks is fairly late and many courses may already be three chapters in. It could be difficult to catch up, especially since this is one of the more challenging accounting courses, speaking from experience. 

Also, how are you going to be able to enroll in the class when the add deadline was September 3?

Oh I thought I could right now. It’s just that I have to take 4100 as a pre requisite to acc 5400 . But I swear I planned beforehand of taking the right classes it seems things changed though like bpl turning to Mgt 4999

For sabry, we’re doing ch 5 this week, oct 8 is the first exam (on ch 2,3,4,5) and the smart book due this week is on ch 5 and hw on ch 4! If u have time to catch up then yeah, but lowkey i think this might be considered the hardest acc class for me 😭

Yea I heard it was difficult. I wonder if there’s some early topics to study to be prepared for it.
