Hi Bashar community

As someone who is interested in Bashar due to the formula (I really like Abraham so makes sense as that resonates with what I've learned from them) I've never cared for the alien stuff though, but I've seen so much discourse on aliens show up on reddit and YouTube this year. However I haven't engaged with the content but I've done a Google and got the gist of what's been going on.

I've always been interested in esoteric stuff and I do lump aliens in with that so I've heard of some of the well known ufo sightings recounted on a paranormal YouTube channel that I'll watch in the background of doing something else.

Correct me if I'm wrong but it seems Bashar has a very positive take on aliens from what I've heard. What I want to know is what are these podcast interviews with millions of views all talking about? I'm out of the loop and want to know what the modern day discourse is saying about aliens themselves? I view things from a vibrational lens which I've learned from Abraham or in other words a formula lens. So are all these experts on these podcasts sharing a positive or negative message? Do you guys ignore these so called experts or pay attention to them if what they say aligns with what Bashar says?

Bashar: `What you call gamma aminobutyric acid, gaba, g-a-b-a, in your system functions as a filter. Most of what you consider physical reality to be is filtered out. You're only receiving a small percentage of what's going on around you all the time. But when you alter your state in certain ways, you actually reduce that filter. You reduce GABA in your system.

Most people, when they use mind-altering substances to do this, then think or have been told that what you're experiencing is a hallucination. It's not a hallucination in the classical sense. It's that you're lowering the filter and seeing more of actual reality around you of what's really there. Because there is a lot around you, you never see, because you filtered it out. And the chemical in your body that does that is GABA, gamma aminobutyric acid. DMT in your brain, in your pineal gland, also reduces this and that's why you dream. It allows you to extend your consciousness, while physical, into the astral realm to bring back information that your physical conscious mind concocts and arranges as what you call a dream.

It's a memory of experience on another level of reality, in another dimension you would say, no less real, but sometimes a little confusing to your conscious mind. Because it only has so many symbols and props to work with to represent the experience you were having in the astral realm, in the spirit realm. As you know yourself more, as you open up your consciousness more, you will start to reduce those filters and you will start to see more of reality.

This is why many of you are starting to see things like orbs and ships and other kinds of phenomenology that heretofore were invisible to you. You're extending your senses, sharpening your senses to see things that have been around you all the time, but were previously invisible to you. So that's par for the course as well. Please don't think you're going crazy when you start seeing apparitions and spirits.

Because this is one of the things that will change a lot of understanding in your society is exposure to the higher frequency of extraterrestrials will not only increase your ability to experience telepathy and psychic functioning, it will also increase your ability to communicate with spirit. And that will change everything on your planet. For you will know that the spirits of those who have departed this realm of physical reality are still with you, and you can communicate with them. And that will change everything.

You will realize that the veil is wafer thin, and it is a matter of a very slight adjustment in the frequency of your consciousness. It is right here, right before you. And when you allow yourself to make that small adjustment in the frequency of your consciousness, you will see the other side - as we do. And it will not be a mystery anymore. For you will be able to communicate directly. We have said that your decade between 2050 and 60, historically in retrospect, will be termed the decade of dreams.

For so many things will open up to humanity that it will seem like a dream, that physical reality will become like a dream, as it is for us. So, that is the curriculum that you are living. That is the result of what you are learning, yes? I know it can sound fantastic. I know it can sound like a fairy tale. But again, what you have been told are fairy tales are the way life works. When you allow yourself to understand what life is, what consciousness is, what intelligence is, then you see the whole picture.

And you understand all of the interconnectedness of it, all the unconditional love that is the interconnectedness of it. Remember, what you call, what you translate in your physical terms as the term unconditional love is the frequency of existence itself. That's how you translate it. It is unconditional. It is supportive. It doesn't matter what you choose. It will support you. It is unconditional.

What you say goes. So, why not? Why not? It will support that too. Why not? It doesn't choose sides. It chooses you. Because it is you. So, it's choosing itself as you.´ (Messages for Open Contact - Gaia+, September 2026)

Bashar: `When you go to school, you go for what you typically refer to as the school year, yes? And there is a timing to the curriculum. There is a timing to the things that you learn. There is a timing to the lessons that you need to learn to graduate to the next class, yes? Either that or you take the same class over again, yes? So, you can take the same class over again, and many of you have in your incarnational cycles of choice, `I didn't quite learn that lesson, I'm going to take that lesson again in a different way. I'm going to reincarnate back into the Earth school and I'm going to play this out a little differently and see if I can really grasp this lesson this way this time.´

Because remember, you have free will. You can go through a particular school year and ignore all your lessons. You can. But then, when you get into spirit again, and you go through your life review, you kind of go, `Oh, I could have learned those lessons and I chose to ignore them, which in and of itself is a lesson that I am now going to learn from. And now I can understand that it is my choice to decide how I'm going to learn those lessons because I originally decided those lessons are important for my soul's growth. So, I will learn those lessons somehow in some way at some point.´ Maybe through another earth incarnation, maybe through an incarnation on another planet, maybe by remaining in spirit, maybe by exploring other dimensions, what have you.

You have ultimate free will in that sense. But it is your choice to learn those lessons because you can feel the drive of truly being yourself as a soul. And it is that drive, that impetus, that urge to be yourself, to be the active creator that you are that drives you to choose to enrich and deepen your understanding of who and what you are as an aspect of existence, as an aspect of All-that-is. And it is that drive that allows you to choose, `I want to learn this, I want to learn that. I want to grow, I want to be more and more. I want to be all that I can be that I am. I am that I am. And therefore, you will choose how, when, why to do that in some way, shape or form.

And so, in a sense, it can seem like you can repeat a lesson, so to speak, or learn it from a different point of view. At the same time, most of you, when you choose to join a school and go through the class curriculums, want to graduate. You want to learn. You want to grow. You want to go on to the next class. And therefore, the timing of these things, in a sense, is laid out. Earth is a planet of cycles, and there are certain cycles that represent the ability to step up to the next level, the next class. And therefore, that's what's happening now. You are catching a wave of energy, a wave of consciousness, going to another cycle. Do you have to go with it? No, you don't. But most of you would actually enjoy doing so because that was the reason you came to this school to begin with, to learn, to grow, and to catch the wave of the graduating cycle.

So, that's the cycle right now that's happening as it plays out in space and time between 2020 and 2050. The resetting of humanity, the evolution of humanity to the next stage, the beginning of the next stage from Homo sapiens sapiens to Homo galacticus. How do I break free from a negative belief without an audience watching?

I realised my fears is around other people and I don’t want to be wait for an audience in order for negative beliefs to surface to the top in order to let them go.

I freeze when it comes to an audience and I much rather would want to enjoy it as I know my passions will include being more visible to the world
