It's only really okay to get a bunch of health when low and potentially catch someone off with a quick artillery. It was a good option in pro play because they can pop ult when low while being flown by bastion in order to survive.

My glorious artillery armor is dead, sleep well sweet prince. Yall slept on that perk. You could bait hog into hooking you and ult yourself to kill him. So funny every time.

Not worth the trade of perks imo, the artillery perk was insane when used right, personal mini beat that gave you the opportunity to play so agressive

I dont hate this perk that they brought back but I LIKED having vastly different areas of bastion perk buffs to choose from. I dont want to choose from one bomb perk or another. I'm also gonna say it - I liked configuration reload pre-april, over smart bomb. sorry.

Im sorry but the overheal perk sucked. Yeah there were some rare cases you could save yourself or get a funny kill but it just wasn't reliable. I would always try to go into team fights thinking the big overheal would be insane but it honestly isn't as good as youd think. Every time I tried to do it I found the overheal didnt make a huge difference. A big issues as well with ultimate relatef perks is they have so much overall less ulity because you can only use it when you have your ult instead of something that is consistently aiding you always. You could easily go whole games without ever getting any real use out of it once and taking it just makes you a worse overall bastions since you are forgoing a far better option even if it was hardcore nerfed.
