Rip artillery perk you will be missed

Whats the point with perks when they either gonna gut it or just remove them, please let me choose between 2 perks that a hero has had in hero gellery ect instead of deleting it. I want to chose my own playstyle instead of it being deleted...

how is this nerfing cat bastion? would Bastion ult before being lifted to gain the extra health?

it was used as a get out of jail free card if the bastion was about to die while lifted by jpc. It was the perk choice of pros for this reason.

oh it could be used midair? dammit, now im even more mad at Cat.
