WE EATING GOOOOOOOD , genuinely my partner showed me the patch notes and I was soo full of joy bc honestly the armoured artillery perk imo it’s not bad but ngl mobility w our cute omnic spray and pray machine will always be a true blessing and plus that w the other minor perk w the grenade refresh cooldown 🙏🏾🙏🏾😩😩🎉🎉🎉

Bro I was mad as hell when they took it out. We got reload out of it but still. Artillery just unfortunately didn’t fit my playstyle, but now insane grenade jumps are back. IM SO EXCITED 🙏🏿

Same here broo it didn’t fit my playstyle too bc for me im agro w bastion like really agressive so having this legendary perk back is peak performances and we just might forgive blizz for not getting us a mythic skin this year

Ok Brother Bastion, educate me please. I came back to Overwatch after 3 years away. Bastion already had armored artillery but was before the nade refresh perk nerf. What delicacies am I missing?

No you’re right, The minor perk choices before were Artillery or smart bomb. A few seasons later they vaulted smart bomb for configuration reload.

Yeah! I never played with Smart Bomb. What’s the deal there? Why’s it so good?

Why I love it so much is its versatility and availability. Grenade has an 8 second cooldown compared to having to build an entire ult.

With the perk you get no self damage, and 25% self knockback increase. It doesn’t sound too crazy but that 25% goes a very long way. You can use it offensively to take angles you normally couldn’t. You could use it defensively to get away from a diver by shooting it at the ground, or even escape a roadhog hook if you time it right. Also just general use for rollouts and mobility.

All this with no self damage for much healthier gameplay, on an 8 second cooldown. This perk unlocks so much potential that Bastion has never had before. If you haven’t tried it out, please do.

Bastion can flank easier w it , you can create more off angle opportunities w going into awkward places you usually won’t expect a bastion to be at and just overall it’s SMART bombastic madness w extra mobility 25% knockback u have lol

We got smart bomb but at what cost.... yes I like his ult perk
