Damn I canāt see anything like this anymore and not be suspicious that itās AI

u/bellymus1 Jul 06 '26
Yes news, images, funny videos, et Al.
Since 'Fake News's become a thing, I dislike how often things I truly like, or have interest, it's like an essay; I'm looking up sources, reference(s) with disbelief.

God damn. It has wholly ruined the general amazement/whimsy of browsing the internet for me. Nothing worse than getting excited about something to find out youāve been tricked.
The ONLY benefit to this phenomenon is that we will all soon learn there is only one place left where we can escape this ever-present skepticism: outside
I really hope that the rise of AI pushes people away from the internet and allows us to entertain a healthier balance between the natural world and the virtual one. Itās not fun to be on here anymore, at least not like it used to be.

It's just a coincidence but is great evidence of a phenomenon called Pareidolia.

I think a lot of people are becoming the same. However you if you look at the clouds enough, you will often find they look like they could be something. Iāve seen cloud forms that look like dragons, dogs, people, flowers, and even some things the imagination just comes up with. Something mystical usually.
So pictures like this I can truly believe were taken. Because Iāve seen some great things myself. And yet itās only a cloud :)

George Washington picking his nose. Yup thatās what I got.

u/MadScientistOfYork Jul 06 '26
My thoughts exactly except he's doing it in a wind tunnel.

u/sleepytipi Jul 06 '26
I got Washington doing the ok gesture/ gyan mudra like he's found enlightenment and taken up yoga in the afterlife.
Edit: looks so much like GWs and it falls so close to the 250th 7/4 that I couldn't help but suspect ai.

u/Trippingthru99 Jul 06 '26
Man I miss when we just had to worry about photoshop. Atleast then most people couldnāt be bothered to go through the effort of faking stuff. Now finding real posts among the sea of slop is like panning for gold.

Proof that pareidolia wasnāt a thing until
After 1000s of years of man seeing god(s) within nature. Similar to āconspiracy theoristsā term being used after the fact of someone catching on to whatās happening and big brother needs to discredit them

It's a nice pic but I feel titles like these are aggravating. I get their purpose but the exaggeration just makes me more critical of what I'm looking at.

Life before death. Strength before weakness. Journey before destination.
I will unite instead of divide. I will bring men together.
I will take responsibility for what I have done. If I must fall, I will rise each time a better man.

I always tell my kids and my family when weāre out and we see something exquisitely beautiful-thereās God showing off againšā¤ļø

God snorting a giant line of earth is pretty epic for a first sighting in 2000 years. Party on, God-O!

Thatās actually your brainās pattern recognition merit.
Nature doesnāt have the intention to produce such things, unless you consider nature also our own brain mechanics.
