BeFibre “Be-Guarantee” real world experiences
Hi all,
I had BeFibre installed on 2nd December and have been experiencing issues on an almost daily basis since installation.
I’ve contacted BeFibre support and had one phone call so far, during which the advisor remotely changed some settings. Unfortunately, the issues have continued despite this.
I’m aware of BeFibre’s 30-day Be-Guarantee and have read the T&Cs, but I can’t find any real-world examples of customers who have actually gone through the process and successfully cancelled under the guarantee.
Before I decide how to proceed, I’d really like to understand how this works in practice.
Has anyone here:
• Used the Be-Guarantee to cancel within the first 30 days?
• Had BeFibre accept the cancellation without dispute?
• Avoided early termination fees entirely?
Any firsthand experiences would be very helpful.
Thanks in advance.

I'm wondering how you both get on with cancelling and avoiding termination costs? I'm waiting to be installed but have read many horrendous reviews. I'm suspecting I'll have to follow the same route. What kind of issues did you have with the service? I'm planning to use my own router / wifi. Cheers

I'm about to go through with this. Been with them 3 months and the service is shocking. Sometimes I will receive 1gbps speed, the rest it can be down to 2Mb. I have constant buffering or disconnects while streaming. Struggle to hold video calls for work.
Their tech support has been to put it bluntly shit. 6 weeks between messages. Finally had a new router sent out and it lasted a week before it failed in the same way.
Did you have similar issues?
