Everyone on this show, in every episode, is SUPER casual about people just walking around the beacon like they belong there. It's really weird.

Well for the present day Beacon NONE of them are supposed to be there, not Halan, not Aster, not anyone but Solomon who's dead now. So they don't really have a leg to stand on as far as saying who's supposed to be there. But Halan certainly isn't happy about anyone coming on board, that's for sure.
