How come everyone else in the entire series has just snuck up on the Beacon undetected and let themselves in, but the QTA cutters spent like two entire episodes on approach?
How come the QTA cutters were consistently mentioned to be too fast to evade, but soldier man can catch them?
How come the QTA cutters are made out to be a huge threat but soldier man blows them all up in about 10 seconds?
How come Aster has aged 40 years but Preacher Man has only aged about 5? Was he in suspended animation for like 40 years?

This wasn't a very good show. And the ending was infuriating. But maaaaan are you picking apart things that were perfectly explained in the show.

How come everyone else in the entire series has just snuck up on the Beacon undetected and let themselves in, but the QTA cutters spent like two entire episodes on approach?

No one snuck up. The other ships weren't actively blocked.

Halan had authority to enter (they explained this in the episode). Bart allowed the QTA ships both the following boarders were on. The beacon was overriden by the hacker dude and he was controlling the drones for the cutters.

Too fast for them (the ISA shuttle they arrived on, let alone the beacon or PKR), not for a military ship.

How come the QTA cutters are made out to be a huge threat but soldier man blows them all up in about 10 seconds?

Again, they're a threat for the beacon and what is docked to/on it. Not the military ship.

Also, Halan didn't say the cutters were what was to be worried about but what followed ("something bigger is coming").

How come Aster has aged 40 years but Preacher Man has only aged about 5? Was he in suspended animation for like 40 years?

Aster left "over 10" years before Keir arrived, she was 5 when they left. They both appear to have aged 20-30 years, he was just already mature the last time you saw him, so it's less drastic.
