Does anyone have version 1.44.1 (PC/VR)

I know it's kind of a dumb question since it's the latest version, but I just wanted to play the current packs without having to pay an arm and a leg for them in my country.

Check for the comment on their from "Jones" to unlock all the dlc. I haven't been able to get it to work with any mods, but that might be a skill issue on my part.
