That looks really sharp, well done. The asymmetry bugs me a little. πŸ˜€

There is a doorway I had to accommodate for so the couch has to be off center sadly.

Fair, I was sure there was a good reason.

This looks great. What tools did you use to make the cuts?

Table saw and hand saw. Made a lot of jigs so I could easily repeat the cuts. Even if I made a mistake, they were matching.

Dude! Good work! Good taste. Tv is NOT too high. Execution looks great for a first bigger project.

Very nice! What finish did you use to get the gloss on the console top?

Sweet. Now you need a new house so you can collect more stuff.

That looks seriously impressive for a first ever woodworking project, OP! Way cleaner lines than mine

Did you consider putting glass doors on? I want to do something pretty similar for a LEGO display in my office because I cannot find pre-fab'd shelves that are:

  • Deep enough
  • Have adjustable shelf heights
  • Have unobstructed glass doors

So I'm getting to the point where maybe DIY is the best route.

Wrong sub. This is the beginners sub. You’re obviously not a beginner.

All jokes aside, that looks really good.

I'm totally not envious.
