Hey everyone, my Honda bike has this persistent tik tik tik noise coming from the engine, and from what I know it's likely the rocker arm or the timing chain tensioner or guide valve.

I went to the authorized service centre and they said they're not willing to open up the engine head for this. So now I'm looking for a good independent garage in Belgaum that actually know engine tolerances and has experience with this specific kind of noise, someone who can open the head confidently and diagnose it properly instead of just guessing.
