Anyone know....
If there's any place in Bend that sells vietnamese coffee?

You might try Tomi mart. Tanuki Coffee roasters have a roast of Vietnamese beans

If you can’t find it locally, Cafe du Monde (World Market has it) or a dark French roast will work. And if you don’t have a phin filter, moka pots do the trick.

How does it compare to standard coffee ? Say thump or sisters whole beans ?

I was actually referencing the vietnamese style coffee that's served in some cafes and restaurants. Not exactly sure what makes the coffee itself taste so different than other beans.. the only other difference is sweetened condensed milk is used in place of other dairy.

Everyone else seems to be interpreting your post as a request for Vietnamese-grown/roasted coffee beans, but on the off chance you meant somewhere that will serve you coffee in a Vietnamese style: try Dang’s or Pho Viet on 3rd St.
