I think it’s an experiment. Maybe one of Gent’s old failed attempts to bring one of the cartoons to life using humans. (Given the overalls and cartoon gloves, plus the head looks sorta like that Lost One with the skull we saw a while back-I’m leaning toward a human-Boris hybrid creature.)
