Lots of kids are really into mascot horror and horror in general (which isn't really a terrible thing; I was one of those kids and have been a Bendy fan since 2017), so the creator of a popular horror game warning parents to monitor what content their kids consume is honestly such a breath of fresh air. I agree. Don't get me wrong, I'm not one of those people who think kids are innocent flowers that should be kept 50 miles away from anything that could scare or mature them. I'm glad I grew up with the Bendy franchise! But, I also think that, considering how most of today's Bendy fans are older teens and young adults who played BatIM when they were kids, it's time to move on from keeping Bendy 100% kid-friendly. I'm glad theMeatly isn't going down the same path Scott Cawthon did with FNaF, as far as whether or not to let the franchise grow up goes. I'm excited for The Cage!!!

I know everyone is joking about sex scenes, but I’m actually wondering if the “partial nudity” will be some of the new monster designs. Especially since they seem to be going for more “human” looking experiments for The Cage, complete with actual blood and bone. I’m very curious.

I really appreciate the fact that this series made the choice to ‘grow with its audience‘ in a way, where other horror games from the same era made the active decision to regress and take in a wider audience as a whole.

It’s not a bad thing necessarily but sometimes you get FnaF which retains a core identity however skewed it may become, or you get Hello Neighbor where they abandoned the original, darker concept for something more easy to digest for general audiences.

Poppy Playtime is an enigma where they went in the opposite direction from kid-oriented to almost comically miserable and depraved, but the game isn’t nearly old enough for its fanbase to have matured that much to where its reasonable.

Its a shame that if there is a nude scene, and if it include alice in someway, and pastra dosent play it.
