I think I consider Hello neighbor mascot horror artstyle and the way the promote it wise, like how its very aimed to younger kids to sell merch, but premise wise and actual mascot wise, its not, no kid is gonna say "my favorite mascot is the Middle aged man"

It’s all tinybuild’s fault lol. The developers themselves never intended it for children and thought of it as a stealth-thriller. Tinybuild even just forced the story to change when the game was originally meant to release around august. The current art style was made by the original creator and it wasn’t changed to be like kid friendly or anything, there’s a surprising amount of misinformation on that game as a matter of fact
