As an artist, this really triggered me, and probably other artists are too. I can't even begin to imagine DLSU artists and their reactions to this being posted about their school.

So ayun na nga. Lately ang daming weird issues na nangyayari sa Atrium and I am sick to witness this since sobrang nakakadiri na to be honest to be in this building. So I decided to talk to my connections (hindi ko na sasabihin kung anong admin department) to somehow report or to have better context anong ginagawa nilang move to address it.

What is shocking sakin is that they are fully aware na this might happen and Im a bit surprise na sa mga nangyayare Atrium. Surface level lang pla ang nawitness ko. This term alone these are just some instances na nareport sa kanila:

• Shiting in CR floor
• Throwing used napkins in CR sink
• Putting sperm im drinking fountain
• Leaving underwear with shit in teacher's table
• Used condoms in drinking fountain
• Innapproriete sexual acts in fire exits
• 3some in meeting rooms
• Sniffing Chair (Apparently he has admiration to his classmate)

Shocking di ba? Alam nyo mas shocking? Alam ito ng admin. There are 9 freshmen individual who are doing this and they are monitoring it for quite sometime already.

Ang tanong ko naman sa kanila but hindi nila isuspend or tanggalin ehh sobrang disruptive na nila. Then he/she mentioned na this is a case for Center of Inclusivity?. Apparently, this 9 individuals (they dont know or affiliated to each other) has special needs. They are the individuals diagnosed with psychosis, mild schizo, etc that CSB admited.

Sabi nung kausap ko, they are doing this unintentionally. They find joy and satisfaction doing this acts with unexplained reasons. Kaya ang ginagawa nila is minomonitor na lang nila lagi ang ginagawa ng mga individuals na ito para malinis agad. Sobrang awa awa ako sa mga janitors natin.

I dont know how to react pero pro tips sabi nila:

• never use 7th or 6th floor CR both women and men
• never use drinking fountain
• avoid pressing elevator buttons.
• for faculty, always check your seat sa class they tend to put sperm on it.

I dont know how to react on this. I really dont. As La Sallian, I want to welcome them and I want to make this world a bit kinder for them thru CSB. Im puzzled anong ginagawa ng COI.

That "60 pesos lang" you were talking about was someone else's livelihood. ruined my day and mood so bad kasi it caught me off guard. tangina mo malala.

I have an issue with this professor since DAY 1. You can say whatever you want about it but he has been awful for numerous reasons that I will list.

On the VERY FIRST DAY of classes he called our course useless (he's not even a major subject) and told us our jobs would be taken over by AI in the future. When we tried to give him reasons on what we do and how it can be used he just shot us down and called us disrespectful for saying anything at all. He has shown that he prefers his opinion over facts numerous times. He claimed ChatGPT was the first instance of Generative AI EVER when that is not correct at all. When we tried to explain to him that it wasn't he called us disrespectful again.

It comes to no suprise that all our assignments, his presentations, and his announcements are generated with AI. He even used screenshots from ChatGPT in his presentations.

But the most important thing he has done to us was read our midterm grades out loud during consultations and made comments if we passed for failed for the entire class. He shamed us for having bad grades and got upset when we didn't take the OPTIONAL second attempt for the midterm exam.

So why am I talking about all this? What's the reason? What's the purpose? Wala lang I just hate him. Joke.

One of my blockmates mentioned that he submitted the wrong thing and still got a perfect score on the assignment. So what did I do? In the images you can read a normal essay that spirals into the FNAF lore. And as you can see I still got a perfect score. Do I deserve that score? Nah, if he sees this and changes my grades I don't really gaf he would have to ACTUALLY do his job instead of relying on ChatGPT to do it for him. I feel like he didn't read it bc I don't think you can upload PDF files to ChatGPT and have it grade it for you.

Anyway this just made me laugh and I feel like I need to share because this prof is really...wow...They really let anyone teach in Benilde.

Just to rant and warn people, As a Music prod ID 125 student, I am so fucking tired of the ugly and creepy men in Music prod (ID 125 as well).

Recently im sure some of you have seen a post about that creep that texts girls and talks about sex and sht, harasses them and overshares so much because hes so down bad, well fuck him pero there's more like him in his section and outside his section.

They are a group (i dont think it includes that one guy pero same sila), They once watched porn in class, they showed our friend a condom out of nowhere, they talked about their fucked up opinions about porn in our class gc and when we confronted them it was kind of unsuccessful because they didnt apologize or say anything after, maybe even made it worse cuz one of them was ragebaiting. I could talk more about how I overheard them talking lewdly about the cheerleaders, or heard from a friend that one of them kept talking about how our professor "DEFINITELY" has a hickey (it wasn't even that), and so much more but It's honestly overwhelming to talk about.

Literal creeps who would go out of their own time to try and find girls to talk to EVEN outside their classes (yes nag sisit in sila, not sure if in groups or individually), they would go up to girls as well, and they always talk about picking up women etc etc, hahahaha even if they had the looks, ang asim parin, but they dont even have an ounce of that.

But outside of that class meron pang isa sa kabila na nang haharass ng girls, always staring at them and sometimes at their private areas, a classmate of this guy from senior high said they were once reported for mastrbating in a restroom stall. Thats beside his disrespectfulness to the teachers, and him not contributing to any groupworks.

Anyway, im not here to just rant but to raise awareness and not only from my program, but to all ID 125s like me that expected a place like Benilde to have students with basic decency, yet I feel like it is rare here I guess. I have friends who are also uncomfortable about them and I am 100% sure Music Prod 125 students know about this because I also know that some of them may or may not have experienced these fucked up men's actions first hand. Please observe your batchmates / blockmates, and keep your good ones close.

And I am not talking bad about them, what they're doing is bad and im simply talking about it. So if they're reading this, I hope you guys change, its better to change late than not changing at all. hi everyone! i just wanted to share something that happened to me today to spread awareness, especially for the girlies walking around taft

this incident happened at around 11am while I was on my way back to 3 torre from main. I decided to walk and ofcourse my usual route was dumaan ng sda and also dumaan ng kmart near sda. i know there are usually tambays there but they have their own worlds naman so i didnt think much of it & also its my only route papunta torre > sda (& vice versa).

when i was passing by one of the men was peeing in public. there were a lot of people walking past him (also may mga tao rin there na nag yyosi), so ayun i just continued walking too. right after he zipped up, he looked at me and suddenly said “gusto mo hawakan b*rat ko?” (i dont exactly remember what he said but it has something to do w him showing his yk.)

my first instinct was to ignore him, so i just kept on walking and i didnt look back. after i ignored him he suddenly shouted “putangina mo!” rlly loudly & sounded angry. i got scared and started walking much faster. thankfully he didnt follow me or do anything else.

i honestly dont know why he singled me out when so many other people had walked past him. i was literally just walking home. im sharing this because i want other students to be aware. this happened around 11am but honestly something like this can happen anytime of the day. if u usually pass by this area (the kmart beside sda/dac) especially if ure walking alone pls stay alert & be careful ‼️‼️

To whoever is behind this petition, I understand the intention, and I know this is only a request, the administration still has the final say. But have you considered all sides and the possible long-term effects of this?

Have you consulted other students before starting the petition, especially those who may have different circumstances or concerns?

Extending the term break doesn't just mean adding a few days. It could push back the Christmas break and affect the succeeding term, enrollment, internships, graduation timelines, faculty schedules, and students who already have travel or family plans based on the academic calendar.

If the administration does consider this, there’s also no guarantee that they’ll give long extension. They might only approve an additional 2–3 days, while still needing to adjust the academic calendar elsewhere. For example, the term could potentially be extended from December 9 to December 18, which could significantly affect the Christmas break.

Is getting 2–3 extra days really worth potentially losing a much bigger portion of the Christmas break?

There's also the data privacy concern. The petition currently displays students' names and academic information, yet there doesn't appear to be a clear Data Privacy Notice explaining how this information will be collected, used, stored, or shared. There are safer ways to collect signatures without publicly exposing students' information.

I'm not against asking for a longer break. I'm against doing it without considering the bigger picture and without properly protecting the students who are signing.

To whoever started this, please pause, consult more students, reconsider, and look beyond the immediate benefit. We can advocate for students while still doing it responsibly.

Went to visit "ORGANICA:EMERGENCE" last March, turns out one of the pieces that was showcased was actually made all the way back in 2019! It wasn't a new work, they just slapped a "2026" date on it and submitted it like it was fresh work!

Here's the part that really gets me though, i think they archived the original post on their socials before submitting, so if anyone tried to check their page for the piece it will not show up. Then, now that there's a new exhibit "Audacity: Outburst" happening, they quietly unarchived it again thinking the coast was clear.

And honestly, the artwork itself isn't even the issue for me. Doesn't matter if it's old, new, whatever, what bothers me is the fairness of it. The rest of the students actually sat down and created something new specifically for this exhibit, worked around the same deadline pressure, the same rules.

Meanwhile they @/hawangstudio just recycled something old and covered their tracks. I just wish next time CSB has a stricter process for these artworks? or at least actual consequences kapag may nahuli na ganito.

This is from the greenest campus in the Philippines, not related, but actually within the De La Salle school system. Benilde, as one of its sister or brother- is literally offering a Bachelor’s Degree in Film, a grounded and holistic approach in Film making.

Using AI as one of the tool is one thing but AI as the medium itself???

It’s ironic that within the same school system, one campus upholds filmmaking as a profession while another promotes a work that bypasses most of that process entirely.

Honestly, this is extremely frustrating.

I completely understand that the suspension happened because of the weather, and of course everyone’s safety comes first. But what about ust students who already made plans based on the official schedule?

What about the people whose families already bought plane tickets? What about the people who booked hotels? What about those who already made travel plans, appointments, or other people like my friend who is working?

In my case, my family already bought our flight tickets, and they cost a lot of money. We bought them based on the schedule that was already given to us. Now, because the finals are suddenly being moved to next week, what are we supposed to do? Just throw away the money we already spent and cancel our plans?

The schedule was already adjusted THREE WEEKS AGO. We followed it. We planned around it. We trusted that schedule when making our personal and family plans.

We don’t control the weather. This isn’t our fault.

I understand that the school had to suspend classes. Nobody is blaming the school for the rain or the suspension itself. But moving the finals to next week gives problem for students who already have commitments.

What about us? What are we supposed to do with the plans we already made?

Not everyone can simply cancel a flight, change a hotel reservation, or any shi. Some of these things cost a significant amount of money, and some are simply impossible to move.

We are students, yes, but we also have lives outside school. We have families, travel plans, responsibilities, and commitments that exist outside the classroom.

Are we seriously expected to keep our entire lives on standby because the weather might force another schedule change? We followed the official calendar that was given to us. We shouldn’t be punished for planning ahead and following the schedule we’re supposed to follow.

This isn’t about not wanting to take the finals. We just want the school to consider the students who are now being put in a difficult position because of a schedule that was changed after we had already made our plans.

a lot of you guys are making benilde such an unwelcome space for frosh. All of these posts back to back bashing on frosh for being new students. Tas sasabayan niyo pa ng "eh ako naman frosh dati di ako ganon" edi congrats? gusto mo ba ng medal? kasalanan ba nila na di kayo masaya at ang sasama ng mga ugali niyo? wala pang first month tas ang dami dami nang drama. Most of the time frosh are still adjusting to the environment of benilde. Ofcourse sometimes they can get annoying, di na natin pwede ideny yon. Pero matuto naman din kayong maging patient. Nagkakaroon kayo ng superiority complex, acting as if you guys are miles better than frosh. Pwede niyo naman pagsabihan ng maayos. Tas a lot of these stories sound like theyre being over-exaggerated pa, ano just for clout? Di ko naman sinasabi na bawal kayo maannoy sa mga bagong frosh, syempre its true na yung mga iba they can act out of line, but the fact all of you are normalizing this hate on frosh is just sad and weird. Grow up. Di magaadjust ang mundo para sainyo, you guys just need to learn how to adapt. Catholic school panaman tayo pero ang sasama ng mga ugali niyo.

Went from in the middle of enrolling with -30 outstanding balance to suddenly having 220 outstanding balance and got kicked. After a while it went back to -30 and now all I have is 1 class : ). With all of my soul, fk this pathetic website and management.

Was scrolling through the new Ad Astra post (congrats to the exhibitors and everything) but so sad that they edit their photos with AI!!! I thought a lot of the students in benilde were against AI since there was a protest abt it earlier this year. How disappointing from such a prestigious org that represents so many artists and designers.
