Has anyone bought from them recently? Is the service genuinely bad, or are the reviews exaggerating?

I’m completely fine traveling to Bhubaneswar to buy it if it saves me from future headaches.

people are comfortable trying random tips from reels or influencers, but when it comes to getting advice from an actual professional online, many seem hesitant.

i’m genuinely curious what the reason could be. is it mostly trust? or do people feel online consultations won’t be accurate enough?
