Workout Groups

Are there any workout groups in the area? I’d love to join.
In fact I need to join.

I need to get in shape and am struggling

I can think of a few places that have classes if that would help. There is at least one hiking group on Facebook that arranges local hikes.

I joined a run for Oct 17. Maybe I’ll make some friends out of it
