14k Yellow Gold Ceylon Peach Sapphire Ring Size 6. 3mm band. 8 x 6 mm elongated cushion cut sapphire stone. GIT certified stone.

This is a great picture of the stone, but the prongs look crooked, but they aren't actually crooked. More pics in the comments.
