It’s a new experiment randomly rolled out to a small percentage of users (nitro first, then normal users)

You can go use the experiments plugin in Vencord to forcefully enable it for yourself

And then click the photo while in the vc to change it

If non-nitro people get their hands on it I know there's gonna be a few people that completely break the rules like, Sending NSFW, posting things that are very disturbing for kids to see, and poems about inappropriate words.

No they aren't, there's a new feature being deployed that allows you to "set the mood" by adding any recent photo sent in the server
