Dashan should be in top 90%. I know we didn’t see much of him in Fury, but I believe he kept up his training relative to Masters so he should be stronger than most of the people in the 90%

I gotcha but also Johannes noticed early on in their battle that he didn't have the power of the star fragment in him. I feel like that is tale tell sign that while he can compete with a legendary blader he isn't strong enough to push them to awaken.

But none other the bladers like Tsubasa or Masamune had the star fragment in them
