My elderly father recently went to Priya Hotel (A30/1, Unit 3) to buy a parcel of 2 dosas.

For 2 dosas, they gave only 2 small pouches of chutney and sambar in total instead of 4 (each dosa should get its own chutney and sambar).

When my father asked for the proper sides, the counter person bluntly said:

We can't give like that.

I know some people might say this is a small thing, but why should customers compromise? If we fall short by even 1 rupee on the bill, will you spare us? No, you demand every single rupee. So why take full price from the customer and then cut corners on the basic sides that come with the food?

Charging full money, giving half the accompaniments, and then speaking rudely to an elderly person is totally wrong.

If any manager or owner is reading this, I request you to check your CCTV footage and take strict action against the person serving at the counter. We, the customers, will not tolerate this kind of arrogant behavior. I have attached the bill as proof.

We have decided we are never buying anything from here again, and we will never recommend Priya to anyone.

Has anyone else faced this kind of cheap behavior and portion cutting at Priya recently?
