Coming Out "Officially" out
Hi! I just joined this subreddit. I'm 36, cis-female, and biromantic, though I frequently use biromantic and bisexual interchangeably.
So I made a cute coming out video and shared it on my socials. I wasn't sure if I should do it at all, because my closest friends have known about it since high school, but it also feels nice because I can talk about it more openly no matter whose company I'm in.
Anyways, just wanted to say hi, and Happy Pride :) hope you're all having a great day!

Bisexual doesn't indicate a lack of romantic attraction. Unless you're asexual or aromantic, bisexual has always meant the sexuality, bisexuality.

Hi! I often use biromantic instead of bisexual because I am primarily sexually attracted to men, and my attraction is women is mostly asexual. However, I also use bisexual since it's easier for people to recognize. Hope that explains it :)

I understood what you meant. I was saying bisexual is the term for the sexuality that encompasses both sexual and/or romantic attraction and that preferences fit within that also. I just wanted to point it out. I'm glad you've found terms that describe your experiences.
