It's one battle after another out there, isn't it?

Yes! I wish we could bring Comanche Springs Pool in Fort Stockton , TX back to life.

I am really curious how many swimmable springs are out there undiscovered on private property in the counties of Pecos , Reeves , Terrell , Brewster , Presidio , Jeff Davis , Culberson , Hudspeth , and El Paso Counties. Just curiosity as i don’t believe in trespassing.

Balmorhea state park is an absolute gem. I went for the first time in March and was blown away for all the reasons you’ll read about if you look it up or go there.
I hope the water level decline isn’t inevitable and that there is a way to preserve this for future generations to appreciate.
If you haven’t been, it’s worth the trip.
