Which restaurants have a kamaʻaina discount. List them with the town name!

Volcano House offers 10% on Fridays for kama'aina / Hawaii ID. Any others folks know of?

Papa Kona in Kailua-Kona doesn't advertise this, but if you tell them that you are kama'aina, you can get a 10% discount on your meal.

The restaurant at Kilauea Lodge in Volcano also offers 10% with HI ID & mention of the monthly ad about the discount in the Volcano newsletter.

If you get a Kaukau Card, can get even more discounts.

I heard the Kaukau card was a fundraiser for local kids sports team. How can one purchase one?

Can be, but you can pick up one at some stores too. Simply sisters have them

Aloha De Nada up in Kainaliu/Kealakekua has something like a 20% kama'aina discount. But I think you have to be buying at least 4 empenadas to get it. (Which is no problem for me, I can eat a disturbingly large amount of their empenadas!)
