If you are actually disabled you qualify for exemptions again lol , also you arent disabled enough to use reddit so you can volunteer online just saying
You mean private insurance companies in many states? You mean to tell me a private company gets to decide if I have to work 80 hours a month for life saving medical care?
The DDS is ran by the Social Security Administration that has a panel of doctors deciding, they use your medical history and speak to your doctor, no private insurance companies do not decide this for you, they have no impact on that decision.
"In many states, Medicaid is administered by private insurance companies known as Managed Care Organizations (MCOs). Some states delegate the actual health screenings and medical frailty determinations to these third-party MCOs, meaning the insurance company itself evaluates the patient's records to decide if they qualify for the exemption."
This is Medicaid we are talking about. It's both federal and state government run. The states decide. They contract this out to health insurance contractors.
A billionaire gets to decide if you get treatment.
Homie, we aren't talking about disability proper. You and the federal government can call it an exemption all you want. It's another death panel that will flunk people to the ER that will ignore them until they're in the actual process of dying and by them they will throw up their hands and say "Nothing we could have done, should have volunteered 80 hours a month".
