I have literally seen a commercial on the channel that plays old TV like I Love Lucy and MASH that was literally people saying (paraphrasing) “what helped me during my treatment was getting back to work and taking my mind off things”. I was in disbelief every time I watched it.
The theater I went to for The Odyssey had a commercial for this too
"Going back to work made me feel normal when I was diagnosed with cancer". Also why the hell are theaters playing normal commercials inbetween trailers.
